The UNICAT Ambassadors Project was created in 2017 with the aim of strengthening ties between European institutions and Catalan universities. The aim is to increase awareness of the job opportunities and internships at European institutions at universities through the UNICAT network, which is made up of twelve students from Catalan universities who act as the point of contact for students at each of these universities.

Mònica Santos, a UOC graduate in Journalism and student on its Master's Degree in Translation and Technologies, is the UOC's UNICAT ambassador.
