If you're in work in Catalonia, the Projecta't programme can help you to:

  • Change your employment situation.
  • Raise your professional profile.
  • Make the most of your talent.
  • Increase your knowledge of the labour market.
  • Improve your skills and competencies.

Thanks to the support from our guidance team, you're sure to successfully meet your professional goals and objectives. This service is partly funded by the CFCC (Catalan Consortium for Lifelong Learning).

You must meet one of these requirements to be able to use the service:

  • Be currently in work in Catalonia.
  • Be currently self-employed in Catalonia.
  • Be an employee in Catalonia with a permanent seasonal contract (contracte fix-discontinu).
  • Be an employee in Catalonia affected by a temporary lay-off plan (ERTO).
  • Be covered by the special agreement for non-professional caregivers of dependent people and be resident in Catalonia.

The areas of expertise covered by the programme are:

  • Sociocultural and community services.
  • Health.
  • Administration and management.
  • Sales and marketing.
  •  IT and communications.
  • Hospitality and tourism (new for 2026).
