Espiral
Espiral is a social organization that works through networks and from a community and gender-based perspective to improve the lives of children, young people, and their families, preventing situations of risk and social exclusion through inclusive and open programs and services that promote employment, job placement, inclusive educational leisure, and family support.
It also seeks to strengthen volunteering and community engagement as tools for participation and social transformation. It operates in the Playa de Palma area (Mallorca), including the neighborhoods of El Molinar, Coll d’en Rabassa, and s’Arenal, in the municipalities of Palma and Llucmajor.

Volunteers who join the organization will support the Obert program, an inclusive initiative aimed at children, youth, and their families. It is designed for people from diverse backgrounds who need support—whether due to vulnerability, social exclusion, work–life balance challenges, lack of extended family, or the need for academic reinforcement.
Winter period (September to June): volunteering in school support and in the “Espai Obert” (a socio-educational space where healthy habits are encouraged, social skills are developed, emotions are identified and managed, and connections are created through play).
Summer period (July and August): volunteering in educational leisure programs (summer schools).
Contact: send an email to voluntariat@espiralonline.org and include in the subject line “UOC student + program of interest.”
