Educational adjustments for students with specific educational support needs (SESN)

You can request educational adjustments if you have a recognized disability or specific educational support need that continuously affects your studies and is officially documented.

These needs may be related to:

• physical, sensory or other disabilities
• mental health conditions
• learning disabilities
• chronic or long-term illnesses

To assess your request, you must provide documentation proving your specific educational support needs.

The documentation must be official, current and issued by competent professionals or services.

• If your programme starts on 23 September, you have until 9 October to submit your request.
• If it starts on 14 October, the deadline is 30 October.

The assessment process identifies the educational adjustments you need to continue your studies under equitable conditions.

The assessment is always conducted individually, based on the reports you provide and, if necessary, a personal interview to better understand your situation.

Based on this analysis, we will develop an individualized education plan, which outlines the adjustments that will be implemented throughout your academic career. The individualized education plan can be reviewed and updated whenever your situation or study programme needs change.

The goal is to ensure you have the most suitable accommodations to study with the same accessibility and equity as all other students.
